Welcome to the Swiss Baha’i Winter School page

Outline of this year’s Winter School Programme 2020

As with previous years, participants at the Winter School will be able to either participate in an intensive Ruhi institute course or engage in the parallel program.

This year the overall theme will be ” The Life and Legacy of ʻAbdu’l-Bahá ”

Morning parallel program
During the morning program the friends will study and reflect on the life and legacy of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá. Specific attention will be given to the Tablets of the Divine Plan, revealed “during one of humanity’s darkest hours”, which “lay out a charter for the teaching work that defined its theatre of action as the entire planet”. The Universal House of Justice reminds us that “[every] effort made by the friends to systematically propagate the divine teachings traces its origins to the forces set in motion in the Divine Plan”. We hope to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for this intensely spiritual and rigorously systematic legacy which the beloved Master has left us, and consider together what this means for the wide range of efforts to promote the divine Teachings throughout our countries and regions today.
